Day 01: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

Distance: 120 km | Drive Time: Approx. 2.5–3 hours

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, and diverse birdlife. The park is also home to elephants, hippos, giraffes, and flamingos along the soda lake. Enjoy a full-day game drive before proceeding to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02: Karatu – Serengeti National Park

Distance: 200 km | Drive Time: Approx. 5–6 hours (with game drive en route)

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park via the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands. Descend into the vast Serengeti plains and enjoy a game drive en route to the Seronera region, known for its rich wildlife habitat supported by the Seronera River. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive.

Day 03: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Spend a full day exploring the endless plains of the Serengeti. Early morning and afternoon game drives offer excellent opportunities to witness predators in action and, depending on the season, the spectacular Great Migration. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

Day 04: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

This day will be dedicated to a full day of game viewing as you exit Serengeti National Park. After an early morning game drive and breakfast, begin your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy continued wildlife sightings along the way, making the most of your final hours in the Serengeti. Arrive at your lodge in Karatu by late afternoon, where you’ll spend the night enjoying stunning panoramic views of the surrounding highlands near the Ngorongoro Crater.

Day 05: Tarangire National Park – Departure

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day tour. This World Heritage Site is home to the densest concentration of wildlife in Africa, including the Big Five.
